An extra big running back as a little insurance for the second half run, for the veteran minimum, no less.  Pocket change.

How Belichickian.  Shocked

I wonder why the Colts didn't pick him up.  Oh, that's right, they  have Trent Richardson to pound the rocklol!

LMAO. Did you hear what he did monday night?
The Colts didn't pick him up because they're not in the business of hiring selfish maggots.
They have no standards whatsoever up there do they?

They have plenty of standards up here.  Like when you disrespectfully flap your gums too much, the head of security "throws you out of the club".   Very Happy

Take note of the highlighted words.

And try to learn from them.

Remember what I said previously about him earning his touches by what he does in practice?

Right now you're getting this education free.  Pretty soon I might have to start charging for these lessons.

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] coach Bill Belichick has made no promises to running back [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] about his playing time [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] to a two-year contract Thursday.
"That will be up to him, just like everybody else," Belichick said Friday morning. "When he gets an opportunity, [it's] how much he can take advantage of it, how much he can be productive and what he can do with those opportunities [that] will determine how many more there are. It's totally up to him.

"We've talked about that. He knows that's the way it is, and he's excited about it."

This can't make Admin the Steeler fan ("Blount's been a problem wherever he's been") very happy.
