now that pack controlls its destiny,do you think that the players individual performance will pick up or is linebacker jones still gonna be whom he is,same goes for burnett,jennings.........

The same issues will perpetuate (playcalling, o-line, D) They may not be as apparent in every game, but the don't just magically disappear overall...  You can book it.

That is what is so wonderful about every NFL season. It forces each and every team to deal with its fatal flaws sooner or later... and most teams can't do it.
