The Jets finally signed a back up QB. With literally millions tied up at that position, did Woody go on the cheap ($1.25 mill) for Stanton? We need someone who can spell Sanchez (S-A-N-C...) if he goes down. There shouldn't be a significant drop in any postion when the starter goes down.



Not too familiar with Stanton's body of work (55.4 comp. pct. in 13 starts).

Stanton came over from Detroit went Matt Stafford was injured he came in and beat The Green Bay Packers that good enough for me.

Even if Stanton QB's like Arch/Art Stanton from the movie The Good the Bad and the Ugly. He's still a step up from Burnell.
