The Browns are screwed
COUSIN IS STARTING FOR THE BROWNS AGAINST THE CROWS
Cousins played so poorly against the Dolphins in Week 1 that he deserved to get benched. The problem is the Browns have no depth with Shawn Lauvao (ankle) sidelined and Jason Pinkston (ankle) on short-term IR. Cousins is going to get embarrassed in Week 2 by Haloti Ngata and friends. He committed four penalties in Week 1.

Yeah, he did play horrible last week, but so far he is holding his own, ( game isnt over yet though) Browns D is playing pretty well as the run game goes but they ar playing way too much of that soft LB zone allowing Flacco to tear them up on those underneath passes, but that O-Line is seriously missing BOTH Pinkston and Lauvao, have you heard anything about when they could return? I have looked but cant find any info on them. Pinkston isnt even shown on the Browns injury report and as for Lauvao it just says out.

Re: The Browns are screwed
The Cleveland Plain Dealer expects RG Shawn Lauvao (ankle) to return in Week 3 against the Vikings.
Lauvao has already been ruled out for Sunday's game, but is on track to return this month. The Browns will go with struggling backup Oneil Cousins for at least one more week. Lauvao will serve as a much needed upgrade in run-blocking when healthy.

Do you mean Pinkston is on track to return sometime this month? and Lauvao is supposed to be back Sunday for the Vikings?Dmounts wrote:The Cleveland Plain Dealer expects RG Shawn Lauvao (ankle) to return in Week 3 against the Vikings.

I haven't seen anything on Pinkston. This is On Shawn Lauvoa. At this point we won't have an QB by the time Pinkston gets back. Check this out. In two games this season, Weeden has absorbed 28 hits, including 11 sacks. That’s a pace of 88 for the season, 28 higher than the team record of 60 surrendered in the first expansion season in 1999

And the )-Line was supposed to be the strength of the team this year, cant tell me that missing two lineman makes the entire fron 5 crumble, someone needs to start paying attention to the O-Line coach and the so called scheems he is running.Dmounts wrote:I haven't seen anything on Pinkston.
