Adrian Peterson faces even more shocking allegations

Embattled Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson faces even more shocking allegations.
The star player, already on leave while dealing with a child abuse charge, is now alleged to have paid for an orgy involving his underage brother using money from his charity, according to the [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.].
Peterson reportedly rented a hotel room in 2011 in the Minneapolis suburb of Eden Prairie using a credit card from his Peterson's All Day, Inc. charity, a relative told the paper.
The carousing was detailed in a 38-page police report filed after the four women, Peterson, his brother and the other relative spent hours arguing, drinking and having sex in the hotel room.
A rape charge stemming from the night revealed that Peterson's underage brother had sex with at least one of the women as Peterson and Chris Brown, the other relative, passed the females around like party favors, police said.

This is just the latest in a series of allegations this year that has dealt significant blows to the once-sterling reputation of the league's best running back.

Does it surprise anyone that professional multimillion $$$ athletes generate a following of groupies looking for a piece of the ride...and does it surprise anyone that they'd take full advantage of it? This is the rule rather than the exception. Only desperate hillbilly's two years from reading for the Gandolph role are out there sexting their junk on weinervision.
God almighty--head over to Redstone practically any Fri/Sat night and the place is packed with done-up sluts of various ages/degrees of fuckability and take your pick--if that's the action you're into... It's hardly just professional athletes.

It'll all bring his contract offers down--but by next season this will all seem like old news... Adrian will get slapped on the wrist (or possibly have his scrotum gently whipped) by a Texas judge who will ask for his autograph and photo op for his son after the hearing and, as if he needed one, with the chip on his shoulder Adrian will probably rush for 1700 yards given the nature of his talent...
Jerry Jones won't be able to deny the opportunity to have it all play out in the state where nobody much thinks Adrian did anything wrong... Is AP done in the state that could possibly hire Mark Dayton AND Al fucking Franken AT THE SAME TIME? Absolutely. However, other places do exist that aren't overrun with slapdicks. I'm confident in that and if I ever do find one, I'll be sure to let you know...

As Vikings running back [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] awaits an opportunity to have his day in court on child-abuse charges, the judge presiding over the case will have a day in court on the question of whether the judge will continue to preside over the case.
Via Rochelle Olson of the Minneapolis Star Tribune, Montgomery County, Texas District Attorney Brett Ligon’s effort to secure the recusal of Judge Kelly Case [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.].
Ligon’s attack extends beyond Judge Case’s recent reference to Ligon and Peterson’s lawyer, Rusty Hardin, as media “whores.” Ligon’s paperwork cites incidents dating back to 2012, including a threat from the judge to throw Ligon in jail. (Maybe Ligon showed up wearing “[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]” because the whole store got flu.)
The fact that Hardin laughed off Judge Case’s comment suggests that, for whatever reason, Hardin prefers Judge Case. Which makes Ligon’s opposition understandable.
But the perception that Judge Case may be predisposed to one side’s position in a given case doesn’t mean that Judge Case should step aside. In almost every legal proceeding, there’s something in the judge’s background or relationships that may keep the judge from being completely neutral, in theory. The judge’s job is to set those things aside and make fair rulings and preside properly over the case.
It could be that Ligon has opted to challenge Judge Case in order to ensure that he will indeed be fair and impartial. It’s also possible that Ligon intends to appeal a decision by Judge Case to deny the recusal motion as a way to slow the process down, given the clear incentive that Peterson has to resolve the case quickly, thanks to the NFL’s reactionary, seat-of-the-pants, rabbit-out-of-a-hat-or-some-other-hole decision to suspend him with pay pending resolution of the legal charges.
Currently, Peterson is scheduled to stand trial on December 1. If the fight over Judge Case heads to a higher court, there’s a chance that won’t happen.
