CINCY DOSENT MATCH OFFER FOR HAWKINS

The Brown got their slot WR, Cincy didn't match the Browns offer for Hawkins, now they really need to get Watkins from Clemson who is the best WR in this draft, they have gone heavy on offense in this years free agency and still need to do the same in the draft especially in the guard department, they really need to fill at least one spot between the tackles, if they can get Watkins they would have a great core of receivers and deadly weapons for Hoyer in Jordan Cameron, the TE they signed from Arizona and Josh Gordon, teams will no longe be able to double team Gordon and get away with it, the Browns finally have WR's that can catch the ball and if Tate can stay healthy this team will no longer be a walk in the park against other teams like in the past, but they still have to get Sammy Watkins, if he isnt there I would take a good look at the kid from Texas A&M Evans, they need another wideout for Hoyer.
