Desmond Bryant has received full medical clearance after his 2013 season ended in December with an irregular heartbeat.
He should be all systems go for OTAs. Bryant was having a respectable first season in Cleveland before the medical scare, with 3.5 sacks and 31 tackles through 12 games. He'll be a nice fit in new coach Mike Pettine's defense. Bryant is solid versus the run and can push the pocket from multiple alignments.
