Unless they have injury concerns--that's a mistake, IMO... Bishop is about the only one on that side of the ball who brings any Mean Joe Greene to these fucking little tinker bells...AND he's a player. One year away best case from making this move...

GM will announce that they are going to "shop" player for a variety of reasons and may have no intention of actually entertaining a trade. It can be to fake other teams out as a draft strategy or they may want to see what kind of value he now has with other potential teams coming off of injury.
I second this motion also. Would make no sense unless Bishop is very damaged goods. And then who would want him in that condition. The Bears? To fill Urlacher's shorts? Brad Jones and Francois are not in Bishop's league.

Yeah......makes no sense whatsoever. Bishop is a real NFL LB. Remember his pick off versus Favre and the Vikings?
