think a team will pick up Ward or Farrior?

I dont think there is any doubt that they will sign on someplace, but the length and numbers of the contracts are key with their ages, if they want 3 years or even guarenteed money, no way in hell, its going to be like a baseball type contract where they basically sign them to a minor league contract and go from there and that is usually a one year deal.
