Hitting above the neck, hell the guy his Flacco on the shoulder pads, WHAT BULLSHIT, its time the NFL hired FULLTIME refs to do nothing and nothing else but working NFL games as a profession, its not like the NFL cant afford it, send these guys to school after each season and have them do nothing in the offseason but school, pay them a wage they can live and support their families on and make them the pro's that they should be, and anyone of them that wants to get a job after the season let him, just dont allow him to come back to the NFL, ITS THAT SIMPLE!!!
