St. Vincent was certainly looking upon us. Pete Carroll could not weasel his way through this one. Jayron Elliot brought us some magic. James Jones again proves his worth. Good job by Capers holding the Seahawks to only 17 points. Great game called by Clemens to control the football. And Starks really stepped up. Hope he won't have to fill in for long. He is not made for that kind of pounding day in and day out.
He is a true change of pace when you have Lacy in there.

A lot of teams don't. We do better against the Bradys of the world than the Kaepernicks. However, we did a lot better than we had against a number of them in the past. Vick was a nemesis back in 2002. And then he never beat us again even when he went to the Eagles. At least Capers realized that we have to stop Lynch and force Wilson to throw or run himself. And that throwing resulted in 2 turnovers thanks to someone who made 2 big plays. And we capitalized this time unlike the championship game.

Teams that handle the running QB usually start with a premier D line like the Rams or Bills. And usually they are 4-3s instead of 3-4s. We have had decent defensive lines over the years but I cannot think of a time when we had a premier front since the days of Reggie White.

This may go down as the greatest play in Packer history. Maybe not the most important but the greatest. I think the Ice Bowl QB sneak holds that honor and possibly the play by Dave Robinson in the 1966 title game which forced the INT at the end to seal the deal.
