As OC in Green Bay, Philbin did not call the plays on Sunday--but make no mistake, it is HE who tirelessly poured over the tape of the next opponent and established the structure/foundation of the next weeks offensive game plan. His loss has been noticeable in Green Bay--no question about it. Fatty's play-calling now often lacks big-picture consistency in its direction, unfortunately...
