Debate for new Defensive Coach, 3-4 or 4-3 coach, what system would be best for Packers
if a new dc is sought does fatty look at a 43 d over a 34 d and im not talkin bra sizes but walden may think so.Anyway kemp was fucking on fire like an astroid fell burning from the sky and landed in his ass and he fuckin ran like Forrest Gump.
Team needs new athletic smart linebackers which we dont have as smith is short, walden flash in the pan, zombo is just a good radio name and hawks wings are clipped, jones isnt To Tall Jones and is at least servicable and bishop is,well the new minister of defense and mosses will get better with more time studying the ten commandments,Perry is a true tweener and needs lots of work which he didnt get this year and Francois is better suited for a french ballet and Lattimore is,well just lattimore, the last guy picked to play on the after school playground team. That leaves the claymaker whom is the ultimate physical specimen for an outside linebacker whom if something doesnt change on defense will soon look like an ageing 1 ring player like brian urlacher

a quote from Woodson from press gazette on defensive adjustments.
“I played my responsibility; he just got a step on me,” Walden said. “Anytime a quarterback that fast gets a step on you, it’s pretty much over.”
And it was. The Packers benched Walden after that, but it was too late. When asked what adjustments Capers made, Woodson said: “We didn’t make any adjustments.”

Leroy Butler and Eugene Robinson would have NEVER let this shit happen. Now go chew on that empty swizzle stick for awhile.

I just cannot see how you can consistently stop a good running game or running QB with a 3-4 in this day. Only the Steelers were able to do it and that is because they had animals on their front seven. When we won the SB in 96' our rushing D was #1. We had the beasts up front and it freed LB's to roam the perimeter.

Exactly. #1 D in the NFL with unheralded LBs (Simmons, Koonce, Williams) and talented and disciplined DBs. No cheap shots from Butler, Robinson, Evans or Newsome or McGill.

McDonuts does not have a properly disciplined team. That starts with McDonut and trickles throughout the entire team.

The problem with the 4-3 is that you need four big strong linemen. They don't grow on trees and we don't have them. There's a much bigger pool of talent for linebackers who can play a 3-4.
The issue in the Niner game wasn't so much scheme (in terms of 4-3 vs. 3-4) but execution. Our linebackers did a horrible job. Even Matthews was being handled most of the night. If our LBs can contain or tackle, it's game over.
We need Bishop next year... and let's see if Perry can become a factor too.

Then let's get some. Tell me there are no more Gilbert Browns, Santana Dotsons, and Grady Jacksons.
