Re: Revis a Patriot
Pats are somewhat under the gun despite their tendency not to overpay for talent. Both Broncos and Pats are in similar situations with great but aging QB's and a window of championship opportunity closing. Broncos have been loading up on defensive talent these past two days, Talib, Ward, Ware. Pats needed to counter that or face being elimated again in the AFC championship game.Dmounts wrote:That didn't take long. What a couple of hours?

Ward is a injury waiting to happen. I think Denver messed up. I also think the pats did good getting Revis after losing talib. I think ware is a reach for denver.

May Revis bring you the same success BB as Tebow brought you in your hating everything Jets since you walked out on Woody 12 years ago. Love that Kraft went for $12 million. What a cringed look he must have had when he brought out his checkbook on this one!

May Revis bring you the same success BB he brought to TB! Yes, but you have to hand it to Kraft, he didn't commit to a huge long term contract. Yes, it's a lot of money but it's only for one year. Next year, the Pats can decide whether Revis is worth it, or he goes back on the FA market.RJets wrote:
