That may be the best thing that could happen for him, like most QB's he wasnt ready to jump in and lead a team, now he can put his ass on the bench and actually learn a system and in the meantime the game may slow down for him, a guy that was almost 30 years old out of college cant jump in and lead a young team like the Browns when that team has no leadership at the top to begin with, I wish the best for Weeden but the Browns needs to draft a QB that is 22-23 years old and can sit on the bench and learn the system, understand coverages and blitz packages along with front line stunts, too many QB's are being thrown into the fire just because they are getting the big time money right out of college, QB is one position you just cant throw a guy into unless everything else is in place.
