No QB in this draft is good enough to be taken in the top 4, The Browns need to wait and take a QB Late in the 1st or in the 2nd round, Hoyer started 3 games last year and won all 3 before getting injured, they need to take a QB and groom him a few years before throwing him into the fire, the Browns need a WR on the other side of Gordon and if he is there at 4 they should take Sammy Watkins, with Watkins teams will no longer be able to double up on Gordon and if they can get a good slot guy Hoyer would have all the weapons he needs, the Browns need to go heavy on the offensive side in this draft.

What QB would you take in the late 1st or second round?

Free agency isnt over, but you will have my choices before the draft, this is a deep draft but their isnt a QB that is ready to even start this year, whoever the Browns take is going to have to sit and learn just like the good old days because right now Hoyer is the guy.
