Bears are favored by 3.5 points.  I guess our D is equally as bad as their D.

That must be at the Ringo Sports Book.. because in reality, the Packers are the 3-point favorites.

I read Bears were 5 point favorites but it swung to GB by 3.5 after Rodgers was announced as starting.

Weather figures to be a factor. Had the game been played 24 hours earlier you are talking balmy. That would be a definite advantage to Cutler and his big receivers. But this Arctic front should hit that area by Sunday afternoon and the winds will be blustery and icy. Maybe Cutler will lose accuracy in the wind and we'll catch a few breaks.
Have to factor in that Matthews and Jolly are out. That means no pass rusher and no run stopper. Hope Cobb and ARod don't show all the rust. Robbie Gould figures to be a key cog for the Bears.

Well MB...........my info came from CBS Sports.............which obviously was about as accurate as a Graham Harrell pass   lol!

Bears and Packers D are ranked 14 and 21, respectively against the pass.    Bears are terrible against the run, ranked last in the league (32).    McC must opt to P-O-U-N-D the ball.   Pound pound pound with surprise Rodgers to Nelson rockets mixed in between.    Keep running it until Da Bears break down.  No stupid turnovers...........none.

This is what I'm afraid of- that MM has formulated an ass-backwards game plan in which he'll have Rodgers throw 50 passes because his favorite toy is back. Fuck- he decided the way to beat the Steelers last week in the snow and wind was on the arm of Matt Flynn...

MB.......if McC comes out throwing (before getting down by 11 points early or whatever) ......... then McC ought to be replaced following the loss also.  And how about the prospects of Capers actually coming up with an INNOVATIVE defense to throw off Trestman's offensive plans?......let's see what happens.  My level of confidence in McC is below 50% unless Rodgers is allowed to call his own plays.   Maybe we're wrong about this.........but I doubt it.   GO PACK.

A big watch out will have to be Hester. There will be a 20-25 mph wind from the NW. That means kickoffs from one side will not go in the end zone. Mastay may have to punt high and short or line it out of bounds. Let's hope Micah Hyde will actually get a few punts to return and not a whole lot of kickoffs.
