I thinhk the Browns should give a call too Josh Freeman, Tampa released him yesterday morning, he is better then Weeden and Campbell.

Weeden did a good job last night.  I think he's better than Freeman.  Freeman has acquired some baggage which might travel with him.  That could be a problem.

Jags owner might be too stupid to go after him, Green Bay might surprise.

Oh wow, sorry to hear Hoyer is out for the season.

There seems to be so many getting hurt this season on all teams.  Unfortunate.  :/

On;y need him for the rest of the season, if they got with Weeden I see the Browns winning one ,maybe two more games at best, Weeden has no clue what to do during a pass rush and his focus is always on one guy before the snap, I understand what you are saying about Freeman but the guy did a good job with what he had in Tampa in the last couple seasons, but you have to remember what kind of weapons he had along with his O-Line, Freeman understands how to scan the field and he does have touch and also has th arm when needed, JMO LRJets, I doubt the Browns go after him, but he would be a good pickup for the ret of the year, I just dont see Weeden doing anything but tossing INT's, if Weeden starts the rest of the 2013 season he will end up with 54-4 sacks per game and 2 picks a game.

That goes on every season Sheila, but you only hear about it when it happens to high profile players.

The Browns have no interest in quarterback Josh Freeman, who was waived by the Tampa Bay Bucs today, league sources told Mary Kay Cabot .
The Browns are in the market for a third quarterback to replace starter Brian Hoyer, who suffered a torn anterior cruciate ligament during Thursday night's 37-24 victory over the Bills and is out for the season.
Hoyer, who will undergo surgery soon, will need at least 9-12 months to recover.
Bucs general manager Mark Dominik contacted every team in the league about dealing Freeman, but found no takers, according to USA Today Sports.
