Just a few hours away from the start of FA. Does Wallace stay in Pittsburgh?

I'm guessing "no."

I don't see how he stays because we're right back up against the cap again if we plan on retaining all 6 of our players.

I keep reading experts saying other teams won't want to pay the first round choice for him, but I think they'd rather get a young player who has already proven himself for that first rounder than take a chance on a college guy who could be less than anticipated (like Michael Crabtree).

I agree with you. 1st round slam dunk with only three years on him. Wallace is a top tier proven receiver who can do it all.

If Wallace = Decastro or a better player, I am all for it, particularly if the Steelers still land LB Hightower or equal value at 1-24. I'd love for them to then turn around and sign Antonio brown to a long-term contract, while he is affordable (great dedication, work ethic, and clutch play/heart)
