Made no sense to me either NJ. But then again read this, then go knock your head against your car windshield (without a helmet on).......read it again.......do 4 do loops of this, take 3 shots of EFFEN......wait a half an hour.........and then Youtube EVEN IT UP by Heart with a can of Pabst in your hand:

My understanding is that it's not when the ball is snapped, but when the offense is set.
