He need to learn that a pump fake will get the D off the ground long enough to allow him to get off his passes without being knocked down so much, but again these are fundamental mistakes that all rookies eventually learn and become second nature to them, next year I would bet that you see that pump from Weeden and will easily cut those knocked down passes in half if not more along with learning how to get his feet set the right way so not to have so many passes to wide open receiver over and under thrown.
