Four Patriots -- Bruschi, McGuinnest, Harrison and Law -- were initially nominated for the HOF.

Oh, the real Hall of Fame. Looking at the class, he should make it. He belongs. The other guys you mentioned were rightly left out. (Bruschi? Really?)
Terrell Davis should be in too. If you disagree, explain Gayle Sayers to me.
Kurt Warner can pay admission to the Hall forever IMO.

You don't think he qualifies?  I don't know, I'd have to look at the numbers relative to other QBs who are in.  Every time these nominations come up (not just in football, but in other sports too, mostly baseball) there is always a comparison of the stats of the person being nominated with someone with similar stats who did not get in.

I prefer to look at it this way:  There are two HOFs, one in Canton, Ohio; and one in Foxboro, Massachusetts. 

One is the "Yellow Jacket" HOF; and the other is the "Red Jacket" HOF. 

Just different color jackets, that's all. Laughing
