I read this on ESPN.com. He's wrong about one thing though. Colts offense is better on the road.


Just on pure strength and beastieness, ie., tough to tackle, I would say Luck is one of the top three strongest qbs in the league, right up there with Ben.  And I think he's probably a little faster than Ben.  Who else is in that category for just pure strength, Cam?  Who else?

Buuuuut, the home vs. away disparity in performances does not support you going down the dark road of spygate and saying BB must have found "something better", but "unnaturally", only at Foxboro.  Very negative inference there, and a low blow.  Shame on you.

That's one.  I would say Philip Rivers and even Joe Flacco seem to be pretty strong.  But not in the Luck/Ben/Cam class.  And Rivers and Flacco cannot run like these guys. 

But I'm sure you would agree that quarterbacking is not simply all about athleticism and strength.  Those are great tools.  But probably the most important tool for a qb is the one between his ears.

Wellllll, the only other inference I can see that could be drawn is that they're poorly coached so, you could go with that if you'd like.

I already did say something along those lines.

I mean, Pats fans talk about 2009 as a down year. Brady coming back from injury, not a great lockerroom, injuries, Randy Moss starting to act like Randy Moss, it's no wonder they were "only" 10-6.
They were 8-0 at home. 2-6 on the road. Really 1-6. One game was in London.

Well, for some (far too) brief shining moments Randy was certainly fun to watch.  Randy didn't totally waste his gifts compared to some.  THE WORST offender in the history of the world as far as taking God given gifts and flushing them down the toilet was none other than a thug from Connecticut by the name of Aaron Hernandez.  (I don't even follow his court proceedings.  Could not care less.)

He ran a decent Nascar truck team into the ground too.
