Has a lot to learn, everyone knows he is a rookie but he has made big time rookie mistakes and most of them have been fundamental mistakes, I have said it many times before, you cant win unless you are fundamentally sound, that is and always will be the bottom line to winning, Gilbert takes the hook on every fake and every team has capitalized on that the first three weeks of the season, he just cant rely on his speed alone in the NFL and he is learning that the hard way.

A good field goal kicker would help TOO. The Browns need to find one during this bye week. We're 3-0 if this ass hole could hit a chip shot.

You think maybe the guys in the trench would learn how to block? That's on Tabor for NOT correcting a problem from last week.

Part of that is on the long snapper, he has only one job to do and if he cant get it done there are many out there that needs employment, I think they brought in 4 or 5 to take a look at, but yes a good FG kicker along with holder can adjust to bad snaps.

Nope, dont miss SS Ward at all, wards replacement was SS Donte Whitner not a corner, good news is Gilbert has some time to work on his game, the Browns have two good CB's in Haden and Skrine, but that is still too much money spent on an 8th overall pick, 1st round picks should be able to step in, start and be productive even if it is a nickle and dime D's, going to be in deep shit if Haden or Skrine goes down because whoever they slide into that spot is going to get tested over and over again until he can stop the WR from catching anything coming his way.

Maybe we could just have Gilbert cover Antonio Brown, he cant catch a ball if it was placed on the money and all alone 50 yards downfield, but he is pretty good at knocking down a defender with two refs standing right there and not making the call.

I heard where it takes at least a year for a corner to catch up with the speed of the game. If that's true then you have to put it on the coach for not giving him more help. Right now Haden is the problem, he can't guard a tight end and is getting beaten on damn near every play. He has cashed his check he now needs to earn it.

I think they just changed the name back to the Pittsburgh D Back Burnt unit.
