BROWNS DRAFT PICKS Empty BROWNS DRAFT PICKS

The Browns have two 1st round picks, one 2nd rd pick, one 3rd rd pick, two 4th rd picks, two 5th rd picks, two 6th rd picks and three 7th rd picks in this 2012 draft, they have 13 picks in the 2012 NFL draft, if they cant do anything in this draft forget it. 4 of those are compensatory picks , two in the 6th and two in the 7th. Clevelands first the picks come at 4, 22 and 37. they should easily have three starters right there, if not people need to get fired starting with the scouting department and working their way up.

Actually the Cleveland Browns must come out of this draftwith no less then 4 guys starting and making big time contributions, RB, CB, OLB and WR, those are the four must spots to fill and not guys that have the potential down the road, guys that can step in NOW even before rookie practice starts.

It makes you wonder how Cincy picks without a scouting department, when the browns pay out all this money for one and seem to not get 1st team players.

Thats because the Browns try and go for need only, you have to go for the BEST player on the board, going after needs most of the time has you picking players so far under the best on the board half the time you are lucky if they understand what it means to carry water onto the field. Now there are times when drafting that players are so close together as far as talent goes then you can pick for position/need but when a players is head over heals better then the guy right under him you ALWAYS go with the best player on the board even if you already have an all pro in that spot, then you can trade someone to fill that need and use free agency as well, Oh wait, the Browns have no clue how to use the free agency for there needs, they allow pretty damn good WR's go to other teams and dont even look their way, It probably wouldnt piss Browns fans off so much if they would at least make an attempt to go after a few of these fuys that still has 5+ good years left in them even if they do go someplace else, but they dont even look their way, they wait till the bottom free agents are left then offer them 4-5 million a year while saying goodbye to the only RB in town who would have signed for 3 million to KC.
