When a player is fined, just where does the money go to?

When a player is fined, just where does the money go to?

money is used to support retired player programs, as well as other charitable causes as agreed upon between the NFL and NFL players association.

These seem like good ways to disperse the monies, but I also understand what Wycked is saying.

In other words, they are manufacturing ways to recoup the money being paid out for the concussion issue.
