The news is that their windbag HC is staying for at least another year. Now the Jets should hire.........
1) Tom Gamble as their GM.
2) Norv Turner as their OC.

One team today that fired its coach and GM is doing it the right way. They will hire a GM, and he will head the search for a coach.

Once again, the Jets are doing things half-ass backwards. BTW, your choices are good. I'm not feeling comfortable with Sanchez coming back as their QB. So rare for an athlete to turn it all around after 4 years in the NFL. Sanchez makes a lot of instinctive mistakes which probably cannot be coached. I just don't see it. Somebody has to ask themself if Sanchez could even be a back up? The solution lies in the answer.

Well one thing for sure Bill Polian said he not interested in the Jets GM, Job. Don't know who the Jets going to get for the GM , job. But here a list of some names for Offensive Coordinator job. Jay Gruden, Dirk Koetter, Mike McCoy and Norv Turner or Bill Callahan both as a Offensive Coordinator /Assistant Head Coach. As for the Defensive Coordinator not sure he a Rex Ryan guy but how about Romeo Crennel he pretty good DC.
