The details as published don't sound good but it is a misdemeanor.

Resisting arrest?? Didn't ever think I would see that out of him.

I think the bouncer knew who he was and was hoping Adrian would break his jaw or something by taunting him into it so he could get a pay day.

how the heck can you be charged with resisting arrest if their is no arrest to be resisting ????????
