Life in prison or execution?
The Boston Marathon Bomber who, unlike his older brother, survived the police manhunt alive in order to stand trial, was found GUILTY on all 30 counts by the jury after 11+ hours of deliberation.
This is not a surprise, as his defense lawyers' strategy is to admit that he participated, but only due to the influence of his older brother, and therefore, as the trial moves to the penalty phase, his level of involvement should only get him life in prison, not execution. In a nutshell, that is the strategy as the defense tries to save his life.
There are only two choices, only two options: life with no hope of parole, or execution.
The jury will choose either A or B.
Tough or easy decision for them?

Its not an easy a call as you would think. Personally, I say execute no matter how long it takes, but the parents of 8 year old Martin Richard who was killed, say life in prison. They say the lengthy appeals before he is put away would be too much for them.
There is the idea out there that solitary confinement in a cell the size of a closet 23 hours a day, no windows, no visitors, ever, is actually worse than death.

Here is an actual picture of the Boston Marathon Bomber Terrorist inside his cell. Can you believe this?
The jury must decide what to do with this scum who has shown no remorse and is described as "not changed".

Personally, I say let him loose on the streets of Boston.... give plenty of notice to the citizens, so they can come out and "greet" him..... just sayin.guppy wrote:Here is an actual picture of the Boston Marathon Bomber Terrorist inside his cell. Can you believe this?

That would definitely set him "free".
Since his bombs destroyed a lot of people's legs, I think the starting point of the good citizens would be "a leg for a leg" so to speak.
