Gup,Gup, you must have missed the memo. One year the Red Sox sent their tee shirts to Iraq when the Pats sent theirs to Haiti.
Next year the Iraqis have a chance to get NE Patriots tees.
No one could ever say Mr. Kraft is not benevolent.
But the Middle East? Hmmmm.

Half the people in Nevada are from someplace else, so you have a little bit of everything.
Probably the same in Florida, right?

When the Jets play the Dolphins every year at Sun Life (that's their name this month), in Miami, it's like a Jets home game. More Jets fans than Fins fans.
The city fathers granted Fins owner the o.k. to build a $350 MM dome atop the stadium.
Why not? He won't get a Super Bowl any other way. It is a great venue for it there. The weather, hotels , restaurants.
The first SBs were played in south Florida and Pasadena.

If not mistaken, I recently read the Jets have the sixth largest fan base in all U.S. sports. I even find that hard to believe.
I'd bet the Yankees are first with the Cowboys. The rest might be up for grabs. NYC is still the Giants' town.
I do remember an AOL poster saying there is a bar in Oregon called, "Gang Green", devoted and catered to Jets fans. Even in the biggest metropolitan area,
how many wind up in Oregon?
I was too young to appreciate this, but the Yankees and Giants played less than 10 miles from each other seperated by the Harlem River with the Giants in Manhattan and the Yankees in Da Bronx. This is even when there was no team west of Cinncinnatti. Oh, about 20 miles away was a third team called the Brooklyn Dodgers.

I was in a grocery store the other day, and this chick in line in front of me had on both a Giants Superbowl champs T-shirt, and a NY Giants hat.
I was like, Grrrrrrr, and I immediately lost my appetite for the wasabi peas I just bought. lol.
Fans are everywhere nowadays. I know there is a Red Sox bar somewhere in Manhattan.
A few years ago when I took my then 12 year old son to Stockholm, Sweden to compete in a hockey tournament against kids from Sweden, Finland and Moscow, at night we asked the cab driver to take us someplace good, so he drove us to this sports pub in the heart of Stockholm, and when we walked in the door, the first thing I see is big posters of Larry Bird and Doug Flutie (in his BC uniform).

So I guess when you traded it in, they didn't change it at all. That's nice.
