Randy Moss is shit
That overthrow by Kaepernick to Moss that went for a pick?
It's the FINAL and PERFECT example of why Randy Moss never was and never will be thought of as the "best WR in NFL history" except in his own tiny mind.
His feet never left the ground. Not a millimeter. Zero point fucking zero.
99% of all NFL WRs would've TRIED to get a finger on that ball, but Randy saw it was an overthrow and as usual said, "fuck it" and let it go which resulted in a Raven pick. Whether or not he could've gotten to it is irrelevant. That he DID NOT TRY
...IS.
Fuck Randy Moss....FOR ETERNITY.

Clearly, Jim just doesn't know how to get the best out of the ol' thoroughbred
He is a fucking piece of shit. I'm not at all upset about how this game is going so far

And this game is not Jim Harbaugh's finest hour. Few designed runs for Kaepernick and passes for Crabtree; lots of "give up" runs. Kinda is coaching like a high-intensity pussy today.

I am so, so fucking happy there is no ring for Randy. It would have been a shame to see that piece of shit finally get a ring as a marginal player. And, as noted above, he stunk it up today. As usual, he disappeared in a big game.
Gotta give the Niners kudos for their amazing comeback, however. I was rooting for the Ravens all the way, but the Niners gained another measure of respect from me. I thought they were going to win it at the end.
Still, had the Niners won, the MVP would have been the power outage.

I'm happy for Ray as I would have been for Tony Gonzalez. The Ravens could not just shut the 9ers down for 60 minutes but it was good to see that there is at least one team who could physically and mentally go blow to blow with them. And in the end they made one more play.

It was quite the slugfest and gut check (yeah, I know I'm heavy on the cliches here). Gotta give credit to the Ravens for holding on.
In many ways this game reminded me of the Packer Super Bowl win against the Steeler. One team gets way ahead and appears to be headed for a blowout but the other team keeps chipping away and it takes a defensive stop to win the game. In both games the winner was ahead wire to wire, although it was very tenuous at the end.

Although not yet posted on the internet (final game stats)........I am pretty sure the Ravens won the turnover battle. That was the difference maker IMHO.
Packers play both the Niners and Ravens next regular season. GO PACKERs

I saw a lot of parallels to the Packers/Steelers game, too. Had our game gone down to the wire like this one did, I'm pretty sure I would have just exploded or something.
The Harbaughs are really very prodigious 5 year-olds, aren't they? What a couple of children those two are. But Jim is definitely the more children-y of the children.

No shit. Had the Steelers marched down to the five and we stopped them there instead of at midfield, I would have died of a heart attack.
Jim Harbaugh is a big baby... and it sure is fun to watch him pout.

Re: Randy Moss is shit
I asked myself why the 9ers did not go with another power run at the 5 yard line like they did in the 3rd quarter instead of going with passes to the right corners. The Ravens appeared to be a little gassed and without their run stuffer in there were right for the kill. But I guess the respect for the Ravens D as a whole and Ray Lewis made Harbaugh think otherwise. Had they been playing us they would have skipped the pass and just ran it down our throat. And unlike yesterday they would have scored easily.duck wrote:milani wrote:duck wrote:I am so, so fucking happy there is no ring for Randy. Another key play in the game was the 2 point conversion that failed for the 9ers. The Ed Reed blitz paid off. It forced Kap to think fast and he had to throw it early. Unfortunately, Casey Hayward's blitz on Kap was unsuccessful.

Re: Randy Moss is shit
Fortunately the Niners did NOT win their 6th Super Bowl. Hey......the 2013 season began today and Favre is BACK!! Great to see Brett out there on the stage grinnin' and goofin' yesterday morning.
Also, moving forward there are multiple good things to anticipate:
1) Seeing Dave Robinson's name on the Hall of Fame wall inside Lambeau Field (not sure what game that will be unveiled.....keep on the lookout).
2) The Pro Football Hall of Fame enshrinement ceremony in early August
3) TT's draft antics and other offseason personnel related dealings, including Finley, Tramon, Jennings, Woodson. Bulaga and Sherrod and Perry and Bishop injury healing progress.
4) An official notice indicating whether or not ticket prices will be increased or not.
5) The 2013 season schedule
6) The "which game Ringo will be at Lambeau Field" announcement.

Re: Randy Moss is shit
Randy Moss is the best receiver to ever play and needs to go to a team next year that knows that the path to winning is paved easier when you take your shots downfield at him instead of letting yo-yo headed flash in the pan, fly by night, fluke QBs roll around throwing garbage passes to lesser receivers. When he's downfield, you throw the ball and then just sit back and enjoy the victory that doing so brings.
Bill Romanowski is a racist, over dramatic punk who's undoubtably still hocked up on who knows what type of steroids along with nose candy and most likely beats his wife on a bi-nightly basis. Who cares what he thinks. He wouldn't have caught it and he isn't half the football player that Randy Moss is.
And Dwight Clark? Thought he died years ago. A couple of homeristic 49er fans/former players looking to take their frustration about their team losing the game out on whatever scape goat they can find. 9ers could've won that game easily by double digit numbers if they just would've came out of the gate firing deep shots to Moss. He's more talented and has more heart than 99.9% of the players that this league has ever seen.
And who cares what Jerry Rice thinks either. Egotistical loser with low self esteem who gets threatened anytime another receiver does anything that gets close to or breaks one of his records. He was whining about why Moss breaking his TD record in 07 wasn't fair and shouldn't count and I'm sure he's already fed himself a number or reasonings as to why Calvin Johnson breaking the yardage record this season really doesn't count either. He's the luckiest player in NFL history and wouldn't be in the top 5 of any major receiving category if you dropped him into the teams that Moss had to play on throughout his career. He also demanded to be traded by the Raiders after not catching a ball 2 games in a row, but nobody ever talks about that. It's all rainbow colored poops and champaigne bottles whenever the god like Mr. Rice's career is brought up.
Rice, Romonowski, and shithead Clark should all go rent a hotel room togethe in their 49er's uniforms and hire a bunch of hookers and get some drugs and do them all together. Rice can be on edge about stats being kept to show that he's done more drugs and hookers than anyone else in the room, Romonowski can go off on a roid rage, spitting in Rice's face and calling him the N word, and Clark can sit in the corner and pout because no amount of Viagra was able to get his dong up to join in on the party.
Toodles~

A good game to choose would be the Cleveland Browns. They regularly beat us in pre-season with that Phil Dawson. Be a good chance to get even. Atmosphere should be a lot like the Cardinal game last year but with more street security. Will make you think of the days of Jim Brown, Warfield, Collins, Frank Ryan, and announcer Ken Coleman.
