They're smart. So difficult for "civilians" to lose weight. These guys know they don't need the beef any longer, and this tiny minority does something about it.
I see Damien Woody (a good guy) on ESPN, he looks like he ate the furniture.
Mark Schlereth lost weight and kept it off as did Tom Jackson and a few others. Schlereth was an OL, one would never guess.
Keyshawn today looks like a defensive tackle. That's the rare opposite example.
