Bye bye, Jeremy
It had to happen. There was no way Green Bay could tolerate such repeated failures.

There must be a Roell Preston or Desmond Howard out there somewhere. Either that or just roll the dice and let Cobb run everything back. Can Franklin catch a kickoff or punt?

I think Franklin is an option. So is Hyde.RingoCStarrQB wrote:There must be a Roell Preston or Desmond Howard out there somewhere. Either that or just roll the dice and let Cobb run everything back. Can Franklin catch a kickoff or punt?

James Nixon
I think we have that return man on our practice squad.
Its that CB James Nixon.....some think he's faster than Shields.
Saw him play at Temple, he has a world of speed, really really fast.
He was a wide receiver there, for a team that featured RB Bernard Pierce of the Ravens as the big offensive weapon.
Transferred during his 4th year to a small state college, California University of Pa and converted to CB.
If we don't need a WR/KR combo, he is our man.

Barring ffaralli's smart observation about Nixon coming true...how about a Fullback?
Of course if Starks has an ACL, it'll have to be a RB.

Hey I agree with FF ........ play Nixon .......... does us no good on the practice squad. Plug him in......we need a spark on special teams.
