Yeah--just like that...
The Green Bay Packers have visited the San Francisco 49ers seven times since 1980 and have never lost against the spread.
So when the NFC divisional playoffs odds[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.], handicappers who recall that 6-0-1 ATS streak and who have watched the Packers dominate lately jumped on the line.
"There has been a ton of Green Bay action at most sportsbooks, so they are a rare 'public dog' and [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]," explained Jack Randall, a football analyst at OddsShark.com.
Indeed, the Packers are 10-2 SU and 9-3 ATS over their last 12 games, and will try to stay hot against a tough opponent this Saturday night when they visit San Francisco at Candlestick Park.
They have also been nasty in the underdog role,[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.].
Last...but certainly far from least, Milani has picked the 9ers... What more do you need to know?
Pack/Seattle at Lambeau for the trip to the dance, bitches!

I'll buy that one of the trademarks of McCarthy squads is that they play their best when their backs are to the wall and/or they feel disrespected by the spread.
However, I fail to see what relevance scores going back to 1980 have to to with these players, most of whom weren't even born then.

If this is what were to happen that would mean Ringo will be at the Stadium View Saturday night, January 19, frozen in time but warm with Effen.

Re: Yeah--just like that...
Sticking with my prediction of SF coming out hot, but the Packers weathering the storm and gutting them in the 4th Quarter.
Expect the Harbaugh aneurysm around the 2-minute warning.

Here's my rank order of causes of that Harbaugh aneurism:
1) Kaepernick loses the game on a sack/fumble by Matthews
2) M.D. Jennings intercepts the Niners in the same spot he did in Seattle
3) Akers misses a critical FG in the clutch
4) The Niners get screwed on a ref blunder
5) Another late game special teams fumble does the Niners in
6) Raji stuffs Gore on 4th down at the goal line
7) Niners lose on a failed two-point conversion
Smith replaces Kaepernick and starts throwing floaters
9) Moss gets jacked up and drops a critical catch
10) Harbaugh gets ejected and the penalty costs his team the win

Don't condemn it... That's your lucky 8-ball. Pack it in your saddlebags until you need it. For example--the next time you lose all control--yank that sexxy g-string to the side and start plowing that yummy Gail in some sleazy Oakland inner-city alley--it could come in handy to use to bounce off the skull of some slum-rat who might decide you're going to make the tasty meat in a ghetto sandwich...

I would characterize the mood here as apprehensive. The columnists give Green Bay and particularly Rodgers a lot of respect. They're uneasy about the health of Smith, Kaepernick's lack of playoff experience, their shaky kicker, and the fact that the Niners simply haven't been playing well lately.
Not much swagger among the fans I've talked to either. But then I am not making rash boasts as well.
There are too many subplots and variables to this game for either fan base to get cocky. We're all wondering how the game will unfold.

Damn right those farty whiners are apprehensive! The mighty Packers and all of their AWESOME fans are coming to town to smear their team! Oh, I can't WAIT! People around here are already congratulating me, saying things like, "Aron, we know you're going to win!" and "Aron, you're the BEST QB I have EVER SEEN!" and "Aron, I thought you'd be taller!" and "Aron, where do you get your thongs from?" It's AWESOME!
Are the fans you talk to REAL fans or just bandwagoners? Because farty whiner fans are wine sipping, cheese eating snobs who only root for the team when they're winning! Not like us, duck. No, no, NO! Guys like us, we're the REAL deal. And the best part? We reap ALL of the benefits of being a fan of the GREATEST team in the HISTORY of the UNIVERSE! We're so smart/funny/handsome/successful, all because we're affiliated with the Packers! Oh, it's FANTASTIC! High five, duck! We're awesomeamundo!! YEAH!!!!

Spent last week in Philly.........100% of the people I talked to about the Packers-Niners game are predicting a Packers win. A large majority also believe Seattle will beat Atlanta. We shall see.........
