GIANTS GAME

Post by JONL95 on Thu Dec 20, 2012 5:25 pm

LIKED THAT OUR TEAM DIDN'T QUIT WHEN THEY WERE DOWN 31-3. HAD FLACCO NOT THROWN THAT PICK THAT WAS RETURNED FOR A TD BEFORE HALFTIME, WE BEAT THE BRONCOS. GIANTS COMING HERE AFTER GETTING CRUSHED BY ATLANTA 34-0. I THINK WE BOUNCE BACK AND BEAT THE GIANTS 27-10. NO WAY WE LOSE 4 IN A ROW.

Thank you, but we will be in the Super Bowl. We just crushed the Super Bowl Champions 33-14. We outgained them 533-186, and almost had a 2-1 edge in time of possession. To say we won't be in the Super Bowl is ludicrous. We woke up on Sunday, and that is bad news for the rest of the NFL.

They are still alive, but the scenarios that must happen won't, so I say no. They had no significant injuries, and we play who is on the schedule. The Steelers had no significant injuries, and they still have lost 5 of 6. Can't help what our opponents do. We worry about ourselves. We are in the playoffs, and that is all I am concerned about.

Um... Jon... have you read ANYTHING about this years Steelers team and the injuries they HAVE had? Your Starting QB being out for 3 weeks IS significant... your all pro safety being out 9 weeks is significant, same with your Defensive player of the year LB. I guess playing with a different O-line each week means nuthin too. Damm son... Please tell me you really aren't that stupid.

The Steelers lost 5 games this year by 3 points each. 1 by 6. Two of those 3 point losses were the last 2 weeks in Overtime, because their Overrated QB threw 2 interceptions that set up the winning Field Goals. They were competitive in those games, but found a way to lose. You are abusing your authority by calling me stupid. You seem to have a personal vendetta against me. I'll just ignore it. The Squealers have had a bad offensive line since Faneca and Hartings left. They played in 2 Super Bowls, and won 1 of them. Spare me the injury excuse. You need to blame your coaching staff for where you are now. No playoffs!!!Razz

Grow up and quit acting like a child. If you cannot take a good natured ribbing.... maybe you don't belong here? I have no vendetta against you... would you choose to be ignored? If fans of two rivals cannot throw out some smack here... then this board is useless. Frankly... I think you're a pussy who can't handle that ribbing. Now you know my feelings, you don't like it... LEAVE.

So calling me a pussy, child and calling me stupid is what you call "friendly ribbing"? Hmmmm! I do not plan to leave. You are the one that comes on my board and talks crap. If you do not plan to post on my board, than enjoy watching the playoffs, since your team isn't in it. ADIOS!!!!Razz

It ain't YOUR board jackwagon!! IT'S MINE! ALL of them. Maybe you should get a grip on that. The more you cry.... the deeper the hole you're digging. I'm sick of whiny crybabies on here and about ready to purge this entire board of them. Be careful... you don't want to be labled.

NOT GONNA HAPPEN. WE START OUR 4 GAME TREK AT HOME AGAINST THE COLTS. THEY HAD A NICE SEASON, AND OUR EX-DEFENSIVE COORDINATOR (PAGANO) AND BRUCE ARIANS (WHO THE STEELERS NOW WISH NEVER LEFT) ARE THE REASON WHY. BUT IT ENDS ON SUNDAY. I WILL IGNORE YOUR WISH, BECAUSE I DON'T WANT TO UPSET THE ADMINISTRATOR BY SAYING ANYTHING MEAN SPIRITED. HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU, THOUGH!!Rolling Eyes
