No he's not mad. He's been cheering like that since 1986. He did it thru the Rich Kotite era when the Jets were 4-29.

He was just tired of getting harrassed and worse while not being on the Jets' payroll. It's a different society these days. Can you blame him?

Gup, problem is...Rex promises and promises, and when he didn't deliver, like any large group (fans in this case)some reacted against the norms of society. Ed became an innocent target solely for being a devoted rooter.

Right now Rex (and Sanchez) have on their resumes two consecutive AFC Championship games.

That has to be the reason they are surviving. Like anything else, someday it 'll wear thin with the owner.
