Another Ringo Sighting

Another report on Ringo. He was sighted off the coast of So Cal near San Diego. It was said that he was lobbying to keep the Chargers from moving to LA. While visiting a local watering hole he discovered that he was assessed $5 per hour just to park his car. After a long afternoon of lobbying that proved costly. In his rage he hijacked a small watercraft and was protesting along the bay. Apparently, the Coast Guard is still chasing him. He's a long way from Lambeau. GO PACK! GO RINGO!
