Jones the Difference
Very obvious that without JJ today victory was not very likely. Great performance by Jones. Exactly why TT must continue to look for pieces when it is necessary. Youth is good but youth could not have made those difficult catches nor draw the INT penalty like JJ. I suspect TT has wised up and no longer listens to Duck all the time. We have enough young players developing their skills. We need some that have already honed theirs.
On the other hand not a pretty good day for the D, Shields and Ha Ha were terrible. Penalties really hurt in the first half. Were it not for the Bears tomfoolery to pass 3 times inside the 10 instead of giving the ball to Forte and Cutler's magic choke in the clutch we lose. Matthews and Peppers made their plays and it was enough to win.

Re: Jones the Difference
Yes, it was great having JJ back. It looked like Cobb was not 100%. What should be normal is to have a mix of young talent and some veterans.
The defense struggled with out Datone Jones, Guion and Burnett. It looked like the Bears were determined to use the running game. Once you force Cutler to become a passer it means trouble for the Bears.

It was actually four pass attempts inside the ten. I was surprised they didn't try any run plays since it was working so well for them.
