I hope you guys know when I'm kidding. I don't really think he is Randy Moss 2.0.
What I'm reading from the Panthers fans is they are not sorry at all to see him go.
They say he had too many drops in critical situations.

The potential is there though. That's what made it so frustrating.

Made what exactly so frustrating?
The fact that he's no longer in Carolina, the fact that he ended up in NE, or the fact that he hasn't lived up to his potential?

That kinda describes Ryan Mallet's performance last night. A guy gets open 20 yards downfield and he rifles a bullet into his chest. But on a simple screen to a back out of the backfield, or to a slot receiver on a quick slant about 8 yards away from him, with no one really pressuring him, he throws an uncatchable ball either over the receiver's head or at his feet. Twice. Pretty ugly for a back up QB who has been there for four years. Small sample, but Mallet couldn't carry Andrew Luck's jockstrap.
Its only one preseason game, but it looks like the rookie Jimmy Garrapolo, not Mallet, may be the one to have a future in NE.

Here is an observation.
George has grown too soft. If that were Rags commenting, he'd be all over the Ragged one.
Well harmony beats an F-bomb any day.
The above comment is all in good fun. The picture below...well it's true. : )
